RESOLUTION NO. 143 S-2009

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROJECTS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FUNDED UNDER THE 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUBAT, SORSOGON FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010.

WHEREAS, submitted to the Sanggunian Bayan for review and approval are the programs, projects and activities under the 20% Development Fund of the Municipality of Gubat, Sorsogon in the amount of THIRTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P13,500,000.00) as prioritized by the Municipal Development Council (MDC) through its Resolution No. 04 S-2009;

WHEREAS, after deliberation the Sanggunian Bayan finds proper the programs, projects and activities of the Municipality of Gubat, Province of Sorsogon for FY 2010 and approves the same together with their appropriations, to wit:
